Love the new AI ordering. The only complaint that I would have is that there was a customer or an employee picking their teeth in their phones camera sitting at one of the tables while I was sitting in the drive-thru. It was pretty disgusting. But other than that the food is great, fastest checkers around!

Was somewhat unsure of what I wanted and asked for a minute and got a rude response to "don't take too long, we have things to do." Ordered 2 burgers and they screwed up the burgers. Guy who made them practically threw the bag at me at the window. Also ordered 2 swirl cones, got straight vanilla and when I said that I ordered swirls, the girl said, oh well you'll have to deal with vanilla because I'm not remaking them. Normally never have an issue with this location but the staff tonight was extremely rude and VERY unprofessional.

Repeatedly gets orders wrong. Time at drive thru is horrendous. Always under staffed. And pay for things just for them to screw it up and not even accept responsibility for simple mistakes or even offer to make it up somehow. Just ridiculous.

Nobody in drive thru! 3 cars all pulled off because nobody answered microphone. It’s only 9 o’clock. I called to see if they were still open, last gave me attitude and then hung up on me.
We have been there many times and it seems that when certain people are working we don’t get the cheese on our burgers that we pay for. Then this last time the worker neglected to give me my bank card back and I overlooked it because of the fact I have to check my food to make sure that the cheese is on it that we paid

I had never been to a Checkers before so I was excited to try their food. I’ve only ever had their frozen fries you can buy at the store. We were greeted by either the manager or owner of the store. Both employees were very kind and friendly toward us. They provided excellent customer service and the manager even came over to thank us for coming and chatted a bit with us. The fries and the burger tasted delicious. Sometimes it’s difficult to find a burger from a fast food place that doesn’t taste greasy. I always like to try new places when I travel not that there isn’t any in my state I just don’t think I’ve come across one. But in the future if I do, I’ll be sure to stop.

I haven't had an issue with this location in food or service. I just don't like the robot system to order through the drive thru. It takes longer and most of the time it gets the order wrong. Workers are great though in fixing it.
