We have been there many times and it seems that when certain people are working we don’t get the cheese on our burgers that we pay for. Then this last time the worker neglected to give me my bank card back and I overlooked it because of the fact I have to check my food to make sure that the cheese is on it that we paid
I had never been to a Checkers before so I was excited to try their food. I’ve only ever had their frozen fries you can buy at the store. We were greeted by either the manager or owner of the store. Both employees were very kind and friendly toward us. They provided excellent customer service and the manager even came over to thank us for coming and chatted a bit with us. Love the new AI ordering. The only complaint that I would have is that there was a customer or an employee picking their teeth in their phones camera sitting at one of the tables while I was sitting in the drive-thru. It was pretty disgusting. But other than that the food is great, fastest checkers around!
