They're only getting a three because my jalapeno popper seems stale.

The food was actually hot and fresh and it was not too greasy customer service was okay maybe they would just tired or maybe it was a long day so they can get a pass.
For the most part the parking lot was clean and what I could see through the drive-thru window look clean.
I would definitely go back based off The freshness of the food I have the fried okra I had a three-piece...

So the atmosphere and the service was not that great. The place still feels like it's in 2022 lockdown and the woman working the counter clearly hated being there. However, the fried chicken and biscuits were on point. I would rate this as the best fast food fried chicken.

I dined in because I just needed a moment of peace, and the employee taking my order was so kind. It was something I just needed on a fast-paced and stressful day. Also the chicken was steaming fresh and definitely moist
