Can't wait for the remodel to complete and dine-in to open. The dinner we had was awesome. My wife says her meatball sub was the best, seasoned beautifully. I had a Philly steak. It was delicious, and the best roll. Just don't have words to express how good the food tasted.
I give this pizza a 4 - 4.5 stars. It's 100% an improvement over the failure that Fatmandos was (the previous chain that occupied the building). The pizza was cooked to perfection, ample toppings, etc. etc. I think the sauce just needs a tiny bit more of something. Something to make it pop and stand out above the rest. There are probably 20 competitor pizza places within a 5mi. radius so we'll see if Gibby's can stand the test of time. Would definitely recommend for those on the...read full review

Husband and I had the best sandwiches. He had the philly steak and I had the best meatball sub. The meatballs were homemade and seasoned to perfection. You definitely have repeat customers with us.
