“Came here for my birthday and they didn't have something on the menue I wanted. Steve the owner personally came to the table to figure out what I wanted. Although it was not exactly the same as what I wanted Steve created a new dish that was absolutely on point. Never seen shrimp this big from a bar in Michigan. Not sure what he's going to call them but it needs to be a regular on the menu.“
“This is a typical sports bar, with delicious food! Two of us had dinner, and we had their burger. Delicious housemade patties and toppings were fresh except for the lettuce. As you can see from my photo I pulled most of it off as alot of it was wilted and shouldn't have been used. If it wasn't for that I'd give it 5 stars all the way. My burger was with the house chips (very good!!) and hubby had the onion rings (they were also very good!). Service was excellent as well (we sat by the window March 30th in a booth at around 5 pm; I need to start to save waitresses names!).“
“Amazing food. We have eaten here a few times before on late night adventures, and found the place to be surprisingly good; much better than what you would expect to be ordinary pub fare. On this visit they had a steak taco special on the menu, which we both ordered, and enjoyed immensely. Another feature we like about the place is the big selection of bottled beer, and a pretty good selection of draft beer, so lots of choices for your evening beer exploration adventure. The only thing preventing this being a five-star review, unfortunately, was the too-loud trivia game they were playing that night, which steamrolled all other conversation. Since we weren't playing trivia, trying to talk over the incredibly loud game announcer sucked all the pleasant atmospheric ambience from the room. We left as soon as we finished our beers, with happy bellies, but irritated ears.“
