The Baking Room is a cute little spot with delicious ice cream and friendly service. The area is small but clean, and the smell when you walk in is amazing. They offer affogato, which is delicious, and their coffee is also very good. The cinnamon roll, macaroons, pop tarts, and chocolate almond croissants were all delicious. Dollar scoop Thursdays are a hit with kids, and there are nice picnic tables and games outside. The pistachio cheesecake is to die for. However, the removal of the $1 kid cones without notice and inconsistent pricing for items were disappointing. The Nutella poptart was hard, and the lack of offered warming or utensils made the experience uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the food is good, but overall, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere may deter future visits.
