Arby's staff are always friendly and the food is usually fresh, but the 6 piece chicken tenders are smaller than expected. Despite this, the French dip sandwich was juicy and delicious. The pictures on the menu can be deceiving, especially for shakes. The fast service at the drive-through is a big plus, with fair portions of fresh food. The staff also shows extra thought, as they put both sauce options in the bag if the customer forgets to specify. Service is quick and friendly, and even when mistakes happen, they are willing to fix them at no extra cost. However, some items like cheese sticks could be improved with the addition of common condiments like ranch. Overall, Arby's is a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal, and don’t forget to try their shakes!
