“The staff in the physical building deserves a 5 star, however Grubhub is the most pathetic excuse for a business that I have ever interacted with. Ordered online at 10:24 am for a 4 pm delivery, get a text at 3:54 your order has been delivered….except it had not. Grubhub does not give drivers number, no way for the consumer to contact them. Call the store, they don’t have a way to contact GrubHub either. Google Grubhub customer service, call them, they call the driver, driver is not answering, i asked them to call again, driver said they left it on the porch,…..it was not on the porch, obviously someone else’s porch, wife goes looking at the neighboring porches, no pizza in sight. Grubhub, we can deliver a new in 45-60 minutes, how about delivering to the correct address, calling the customer, not leaving HOT pizza on a cold day in Michigan on the porch. I’m leaving a 5 star for the food, only because the food is typically good. Fire Grubhub and bring back your own drivers!“

“So I ordered pretty late about 8 or 9 and got fresh chicken, I actually had to wait a little longer for it because of that. But dear lord was it worth it. I feel as though the chicken deserves a cigarette after what it's done to me. Thank you so much KFC, for this experience.“

“Took about 10 minutes for them to clear a table off for us and the guy was not friendly about it at all, everybody seemed super stressed out that works there which was also stressful for us and others visiting. Our waitress was great, the only problem I had they waited until we were completely done eating all of our food to give us our second appetizer which we had to get a box for. The food was okay, I'm just upset that they got over on us not giving us the appetizer.“

“Their food is great in taste and service is also good. This is a small store though with only carry on. We tried their shrimp with fries item at only 5.99 dollars and food was very good in taste and also that was plenty for two of us. It is a nice stop to get some food within 5 to 10 minutes on your way.

Parking: Parking lot is not big enough, maybe 5/6 cars can park. But there was one or two vehicles parked and we didn’t have any difficulty to park. Most likely you will always find empty spot to park.“

“The pizza was great but today the service was not. I was told on the phone it would be a 30-minute wait so I figured I had more than enough time to go get it and get to work on time. When I got there they were the whole bunch of people there but like I said 30 minutes I gave him 30 minutes I figured they would be ready instead the guy went ahead and took my payment didn't bother to tell me they haven't even stuck the pizza in the oven yet needless to say because I already paid for it I couldn't just leave and tell them to cancel. I was late for work because obviously they didn't have my pizza done and they didn't even put in the oven till like 5 minutes to 7 and I have to be to work at 7.“

“I got the stuffed cheese deep deep pizza today and it was so good n yummy!“

“Better than the little Caesars in Mount Morris in the plaza. Pizza is baked 1000% better, way more flavor and it's just a all around better experience getting your pizza from here. I will definitely without question update my review if this changes.“
