My 5 year old and I came in to use the restroom. The facility was very clean and stocked. My son and I noticed the team working hard in the kitchen, but not only that, they were having fun doing it. Seems like there is chemistry with the crew. Edwees helped us. He was smiling. We were joking. He was great with my son. If we lived in the area, I would offer him a job with our company. Seems like a hard worker and a great person. Many blessings!

McDonald's offers a welcoming atmosphere, with some staff providing great hospitality and interaction with regular customers. However, service can be slow, and ordering take-out or curbside pickup may result in incorrect or incomplete orders. Curbside pickup often takes 10-15 minutes, especially when calling ahead. Some staff members are wonderful, like a young lady who, despite being busy and understaffed, still did a good job, smiled, and asked if anything else was needed without making the customer feel like a burden. Others can be rude and unprofessional, lacking kindness and personality. Despite these inconsistencies, McDonald's remains a popular spot for coffee and quick meals. The place is generally consistent, although some locations may not always meet expectations.
