The lady with the tattoos that appeared to be a leader? Was working the counter when I was in line. It was clear the woman she was waiting on was family. I waited tell her entire order was completed, and then realized that tattooed lady was leaving. And her family member seem to get alot of value for there money! I didn't order food. I'm not a coffee person, but their frozen marvel caramel is amazing! I stop there now once a week for my energy boost lol... the staff was also amazing!
