“I wanted to send a shout out to Liz and Jeri at store 10184, Coloma MI. Half of Coloma had a power outage since 4 pm the previous day and it was the 4th of July. The store was totally overwhelmed (drive-thru was double lines to the road) and customers were not understanding. Liz attended to customer complaints/request in a most professional way and was always friendly. Jeri kept taking food out to waiting cars and was also very friendly and helpful. Both were focused on getting the job done and did not get flustered or frustrated.“

“Was recommended to come here by a friend, ordered the fun dip (watermelon apple) off of the June menu aswell as a lemon cookie coconut donut. SOOOO good! {also it smells like heaven in here and the AC is crazy strong} BF got the Somoa Girl Scout drink“

“One of the few breakfast/lunch places in the Sister Lakes area. Decent food and nice people. Basic egg and breakfast dishes (omlets, skillets, pancakes, etc.), along with lunch offerings. Gets crowded on the weekends, so plan on waiting for a while to get a table.“

“The food was good and the portions we received was a lot. There was four of us and we all had to take the rest of our food home! The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice. Our waitress was very nice and always came to check on us to make sure we were doing ok. I would recommend eating at Sophia's. We'll be back for sure!!!“

“I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the awesome crew at Starbucks. This location consistently goes above and beyond every time I come in.

From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere feels welcoming and positive — which honestly makes a big difference in someone’s day. But what really stands out is the personal care they show their customers. One employee in particular, Linkin, is absolutely amazing. She is always friendly, patient, and remembers my exact order without me even having to say it. That level of attention and kindness is rare nowadays.

You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in, not just doing a job but actually connecting with customers. Every visit feels familiar and comfortable, and she always manages to brighten my mood no matter how my day is going.
