My wife and I have been waiting for this type of option for 8+ years. My favorite, hands down is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein shake. A little guilty pleasure, but packed with the right stuff to start the day.“

“The food was good and the portions we received was a lot. There was four of us and we all had to take the rest of our food home! The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice. Our waitress was very nice and always came to check on us to make sure we were doing ok. I would recommend eating at Sophia's. We'll be back for sure!!!“
