Had dinner here for a family gathering after thanksgiving. There was 16 of us with a reservation. Our waitress was wonderful! It was in the middle of nowhere and the roads were not plowed - very scary with snow! It doesn't overlook a lake and not much of a view. Salad bar was included with the meal, including the coleslaw and potato salad. The walleye was delicious, and the Hawaiian chicken was below average. Overall I'd recommend this place for a big gathering.
This is my husband and myself most favorite restaurant in Michigan the food is always amazing they change the menu frequently and spend the time to make it perfect usually get a fish or a steak and it's cooked perfectly my mother-in-law loves their Fried Chicken though and the beautiful view of the hummingbird sanctuary out of all the windows while you eat it's gorgeous and the couple of waitresses have been there for more than the 8 years that we have been going there...
Beautiful gardens, great quiet atmosphere, you can actually hear each other talk at a decent level. Salmon was great, steaks could've been better. Very good salad bar with lots of choices.
