The employee was friendly. But the Boo Batter halloween tacos that are almost $12 dollars after tax didnt have the orange shells as advertised, he said they never sent the dye. If your going to charge such a high premium for a speciality item, how about make sure the item is as advertised?

I come in for the Halloween taco and I get an old premade taco with no Halloween shell , sprinkles and chocolate, I paid 22$ for two and it was a disaster. I will never be coming to this cold stone ever again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Shakes are mostly milk with very little ice cream. I know shakes are not supposed to have a ton of ice cream but the texture of the shake is not supposed to move like you’re twirling a glass a wine before you drink it. Didn’t taste the ice cream, the only taste I got was the milk and I started to get the feeling maybe I should pour some cereal in a bowl because I have the milk right here. Putting it the freezer is pointless, but hey I guess I can look at the bright side, at least I’ll have calcium for my bones to be strong.

every time I go to this particular cold stone, they skimp on the toppings if I go to the Bloomfield Hills, they do not. It's actually wild this birthday cake is all just birthday cake ice cream and there's barely anything in it.

Whenever I get to 50 points instead of getting anything they will delete my points then tell me I will get it when I return. Then when I return they denied that I ever had 50 points. I use to go there 2to 3 times each weeks but I am fortunate to find another one and hopefully their service will be better with better employees.?

I ordered a ice cream Halloween/gender reveal cake. Design was not great. We paid $85 and my guests did not get not even one slice of it because it was as hard as a rock and didn’t even thaw out 4 hours later! I spoke to a manager about the issue and they told me they would get back to me and never did. Terrible service to leave a customer hanging after a situation like that. I won’t be purchasing anymore cakes from there again they apparently don’t care about their customers feelings and making cakes that are not edible.
