Did curbside pickup. The "order tracker" indicated that the order was ready. After I sat in the parking lot for over 5 minutes, I went in. They were still putting it together. Not a big deal, but why not wait until the order is ready before you indicate it is.
I love this chain. Barbecue in counter service fast food format. Food is delicious and affordable. The loaded potato casserole.... so so good.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and high chairs. Delicious Mac n cheese.

I like to go here because the still have the soft serve ice cream machine. The food is good, they've got that right. I think the high point for me here is customer service. When I'm in the area I might stop in, I'm not a regular by any means. The owner has stopped by the table to say hi, talk current events and basically just care about his customers. I get the baked potato sometimes, they actually smoke the potatoes, they are pretty good. The only thing I should and would ask...read full review
