I did pick up and it was busy so had a bit of a wait. No one said 'be right with you" or I'll be with you in a minute". No one even made eye contact with me which I felt was rude. Aside from that experience, the pizza package I got was delicious. Plenty of bacon and pepperoni on each slice, nice cheesy bread and awesome specialty deep dish.
I order so many JET'S PIZZA'S I SHOUKD HAVE A HOUSE ACCOUNT!!!!! PHENOMINAL PRODUCE AND MEATS COMBINED WITH INCREDIBLE DOUGH!!! ALL COMBINE TO DESCRIBE "HEAVEN WITHOUT DYING"!!!
Good pizza but they don’t use the text message order option. They shouldn’t have that option for locations that don’t accept it, it delayed my delivery as I was waiting for a response.
