My wife & I have been ordering from the Pizza Hut in Commerce Twp MI. for years. Miss Carlee(?) the manager there, always remembers our goto preferences, for one we love Extra Sauce, and like always, Miss Carlee remembers. Too many pizza places think sauce is barely an afterthought. Also, Miss Carlee helps me out with best specials that the store is offering. As I am an older gentleman, often the technology is made to be confusing and difficult. Miss Carlee, goes the extra step! If i can get Miss Carlee to take our order over the phone, i'm always guaranteed excellent prime service! ... I am Really not a fan of the Corporate Pizza Hut Call Center, anytime i call to place an order, I must ask to talk to the Pizza Hut i'm trying to call. And lately the Pizza Hut Online App is a pain in butt to use.

Ive never been a fan of pizza hut, first time eating there in about 5 years And for some reason decided to give it a try, I got a personal meat lover pizza, and bacon cheddar sticks. They were both fantastic. The woman working behind the counter was also working kitchen by herself as there were no other workers. But seemed very calm and organized. Completed 2 or 3 orders before taking mine (fantastic multitasking), very clean, and when i got my food it was fast and packaged tidy. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and look forward to it again!!

They served it very quickly using mobile ordering. It's convenient to be able to create your own toppings to suit your tastes, but the dough was a little overcooked and hard for me.
