“The food is phenomenal and the milk tea Boba that I got was affordable and delicious. My only complaint is that the dumplings we ordered were very well done, borderline burnt. Would reccomend a visit! I would also suggest that if you have a food allergy you double check with the staff in regards to what's in each dish.“

“I live in Grand Rapids for a year and this restaurant was my every Saturday morning favorite place. The name is cool, their staff is friendly and the food is amazing. Highly recommend their seasonal pumpkin pancakes. I will see y’all in the fall. Greetings from Chicago.“

“Fantastic place. Best value for sure. Yeah there's Anna's House and the Morning Belle but if you want debatably better quality without breaking the bank and a heck of a lot less of that "packed like sardines" feeling, this is for sure the place to go.Parking: Parking is behind the building, plenty of parking there normally“

“Great service. Great food. Coffee is amazing. We always get the French press and every time it's delicious . Food is always fresh and never changes. The sourdough bread has the best flavor. Only place my husband will order biscuits and gravy. My daughter started getting the kids grilled cheese and adds ham and she loves it. I was asked to update my review and no change this place is good every time.“

“I ordered the Horchata French Toast with scrambled eggs and it was delicious. I was a little intimidated by the means of ordering, scanning the menu with my phone and ordering on line but it turned out to be simple. My technology skills are very limited, but after I ordered someone came in and ordered off the menu at the counter, so I also had that option. Service was fast and friendly, food was great, definitely worth checking out.“

“Great food at a decent price but the service can be a tad inconsistent. Usually good to great service but I've noticed that things fall through the cracks when they get slammed. Nevertheless, Westsider is still one of my favorite breakfast spots in Grand Rapids. Plenty of vegetarian options which is always a plus!“

“No cons, this place is great! My boyfriend and I tried Iced Dragons. We both loved them. We also tried the Asiago bagel sandwhiches and everything was perfect. The sausage and egg were cooked just right, and the bagel wasn’t too crunchy. Service was great, the decorations are fun, and the atmosphere was laid back.We will definitely be back!“

“I was looking for a breakfast place on Google Maps around this area and this looked worthy of giving it a shot. Mom ordered a half order of the biscuits and gravy w/ a side of hash browns and I ordered a custom omelette with hash browns, onion, ham, and cheese. Food came out hot and fast! Ginormous fluffy omelette, asked the waitress and she said it's made with SIX eggs! No wonder there's a note in the menu for splitting plates with your s/o Very tasty. My only note is that the onions were a bit crunchy yet and a little strong in flavor- I liked them, but I know not everyone does. I tried a little bit of the gravy and it was also very tasty. Mom said she knows good biscuits and gravy, and agreed that these were delicious. She also ordered hot tea and was able to take the rest to go. Although the interior looked like it hadn't been updated since 1981 when the establishment became the "Home of The Big Breakfast" as noted on the menu, it was very neat and tidy and clean inside the restaurant. Just need a laminator for their menus.“

“My family and I really enjoyed eating here. The food was fast to the table and hot. The service was spectacular the waitress got our order correct and was pleasant about it. The restaurant itself was not super loud and busy a perfect place to sit and talk to family. I recommend coming here.“
“Had a wonderful experience celebrating a dear friend's Birthday. Will definitely go back for another special occasion. Only challenge was using stairs to get to bathroom. A conventional was on break, and another party going on made it difficult to navigate through to restroom.“

“Absolutely Amazing bagels. Delicious! Easy to order online, however … My only suggestion for this business is to allow people to order over the phone and pay once they *arrive* in person, just like all the other restaurants in this neighborhood. I’ve been in this neighborhood for 30 years and that is my only real bother with this place is that they don’t even give you the option to do that, they demand payment ahead of time (which I’ve never experienced from a single other restaurant in eastown). It would be great for other working people in Eastown to be able to call their order in and pay when picking up, which is a standard everywhere else. It’s just the principle of the matter.“

“Our first time here!!! We came after 9:00 Sunday mass and had one of the younger grand kids with us. There was quite the wating line, but we were seated within 15 minutes. I had a western omelet, while my wife had eggs, sausage and toast. The wait time for our breakfast was reasonable for how busy they were. The waite staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Overall we were very pleased and will stop in again....“

“Had breakfast with my son there last week and the server was the only one on. She was doing an amazing job keeping up for being as busy as she was. We were promptly greeted by a male helping her out. He also took our drink orders. He was so kind he even brought over a quarter for my son to use the vending machine after his meal. It was a sweet gesture. All around great experience that made our day. Thank you“

“Today is Tuesday March 19th we got here around 4:50. there was just two guys, a taller dark man that was extremely polite. He was our surver, I saw a cook in the back I didn't see anyone else except one waitress before we left at 5:57. the food was excellent way better than expected.(obviously I mean no offense it's a large breakfast chain restaurant) as we were leaving I saw the tall gentleman help a family to their seat he grabbed a booster and a high chair too for the two little girls (a baby and toddler) without prompt. he seemed infinitely patient, He ran like four cards for us. As someone who has worked food service I appreciate these guys and their work. It wasn't incredibly busy but either way I believe they both deserve praise.“
