I will never again pull forward for a frozen custard order…first time I did we were completely forgotten about, second time we were delivered melted custard. I’m done, if I’m asked to pull forward when I only order frozen custard I will just ask for my money back and leave.
My chicken tenders were not good! They were sick! 😩 the chicken taste like breast meat! :(
So as my college student’s know, customer service is a pet peeve of mine. Well I just had a top notch customer service experience at your store. It is just as important to say good job, as it is to be upset when thing are substandard. So thank you for showing me my business is important.
