Wendy's in Comstock Park

“This is the first time in a long time this food and service was actually decent. I have been so grossly annoyed with this place because it was always something. From stale buns, horrible service, and saying they just cleaned the frosty machine with 2 hours before they closed on a mobile order, and plenty more, I was done. I didn't have a choice today and the convenience took me there. Even though the food was delayed, it was only because they dropped the chicken nuggets right when i arrived to pick it up, which is worth it by the way, especially on a to go order. I haven't seen that employee there before. He at least communicated the delay AND why. He was very polite when he did so, unlike previous ones I have encountered. Hopefully this is a change for the better. Time will tell. Thank you for your help tonight.“

“Worst place ever, every workers was rude was there over 35 minutes for a cheese burger plain, cheese meat and bun. They made it wrong 3 times in a row. Each time the workers were rude. Waited 20 minutes just to get the first burger in the drive thru because they employees never brought it out to us when they had us pull to a parking spot....will never go back. A bunch of teens working with one older woman who didn't seem like she cared and let the kids do what they wanted.“
