“Excellent food, great atmosphere as the dinning area's almost always practically a ghost town which is kinda eerie since this is Grand Rapids (thanks Covid), but I really enjoy eating here when I'm able to stop in. The staff here are really friendly too. Ocasionally your order might get messed up, but bring it back and they'll move heaven & earth to make it right. Definitely my go-to when I want quick yet great food. Also, try one their Frosty's!!“
“It is not only this location but every Wendys that I went to has the same thing happened. How could you hand out the drink without a straw? Every single time!!! I always have to ask for it which I found annoying. Please have more common sense ??♀️ how am I supposed to drink without a straw? Open the lid and slurp it?
Anyway, food is fine, the drink is good, but the employees need to have more common sense and train properly ??“
“Food was amazing, and fresh. Came to this Wendy’s location for the first time this Friday at around 6pm. This Wendy’s location looked very neat! Manager smiled at me when I came in, and a young sweet girl took my order, she was very polite! All my food came out quickly, thank you great Wendy’s location will definitely have to come back to this location too!“

The staff has been kind and have gone the extra mile to be helpful when I’m there with my kids. The inside is clean and the service is quick and friendly. Great job!“

“Went through this Wendy's drive through at almost 11pm expecting a typical late night fast food experience. What we got was great customer service and hot fresh food! This really hit the spot as we were hangry coming from the John Ball Zoo Latern festival. A sincere thank you to the employees for being outstanding. Little to no wait, friendly staff, and some of the best Wendy's that we've had in a long time!“
“Wheelchair accessibility: If you can open doors by yourself then it's wheelchair accessible I'm in a wheelchair and it's a struggle with the doors for me I go out to eat by myself so there's no one with me. I have only had 3 employees that helped me with the doors but sadly only a few times ? and I go there may times and some times I don't go in because of the doors“
