Wendy's in Grand Rapids

“Wheelchair accessibility: If you can open doors by yourself then it's wheelchair accessible I'm in a wheelchair and it's a struggle with the doors for me I go out to eat by myself so there's no one with me. I have only had 3 employees that helped me with the doors but sadly only a few times ? and I go there may times and some times I don't go in because of the doors“

“I’ve stopped at this locations a few times over the past couple of months and every time going through the drive through they have been so pleasant. And when I’ve had my dog with me they've gone out of their way to love on her and share some nuggets. The food has always been made fresh. And last night they went out of their way to help me out when my bank card would not work by handing me the food I ordered and simply telling me it’s on them and to have a good night. After the week I had, I needed that moment. Kindness with a smile will always bring me back as a costumer.“
