I love this Wendy's
The food is usually pretty good, but i've had my order messed up/shorted too many times to count. Staff is rude about fixing mistakes and will loudly accuse you of lying to their coworkers when they short you. I've been nothing but kind and understanding, but I still get met with eye rolls and rudeness. I understand that mistakes happen and bad days can effect our attitudes, but its really disheartening to be treated poorly so consistently.
Went through this Wendy's drive through at almost 11pm expecting a typical late night fast food experience. What we got was great customer service and hot fresh food! This really hit the spot as we were hangry coming from the John Ball Zoo Latern festival. A sincere thank you to the employees for being outstanding. Little to no wait, friendly staff, and some of the best Wendy's that we've had in a long time!
