Its so nice that some things never change. We stopped at Sattler's Tastee Freeze today. Since we moved to Hillsdale in 2013, we haven't been to Satler's in a long while. The strawberry malt had real strawberries in it. My husband loved it. My fruit cherry smoothie was just awesome.
I don't imagine there is much in Concord that will keep you coming back for more, but this place might. We happened to be in the area and stopped on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. Ice cream was delicious and size was almost more than you could eat. They had seating in the shade out back. Great little ice cream stop.
The peanut butter crunch sundae is the best thing going. Service is great from familiar faces. They do an awesome job. But those prices are out of control...super high. I paid $16 for 2 sundaes and that seems a bit excessive. By the time you tip you're out a $20 dollar bill.
