Sue and her crew at Sundae in the Park catered five lunches for a workshop we conducted in Copper Harbor. She prepared meals for us that were tasty and varied all week. The portions were ample! She makes great desserts too. Her pumpkin bars were a real hit with our group. One of our group follows a gluten free diet and she was able to provide delicious food for that person as well. It was chilly today, but not too cold for ice cream. And the camp store it’s in has an assortment of gifts as well as a basic store of camping and RV gear. We had pumpkin ice cream cones; very good.
