The Mariner in Copper Harbor is one of those places you’ll still be thinking about long after you leave town. The artisan grilled cheese alone is worth the stop — absolutely a must-try. We highly recommend their hotel and restaurant. Another gem that I will always look forward to visiting each time I visit Copper Harbor. They made our entire Christmas experience perfect.

Had dinner here during our stay in Copper Harbor because they had clearly marked gluten-free options. Food was actually great, but the service was not. It was “seat yourself.” We sat and waited about 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. After placing our food order, we waited about 45 minutes for food. We didn’t see our waiter at all and thought maybe he left and forgot about us. When we did get our food, it was hot and tasted good.
