With the understanding of service and food up and down, we decided to give another try. Very glad we did. It was Wednesday night and steak was the special which my wife and I both ordered. The dinners spiced and cooked perfectly (rare), delicious! Before dinner we were asked our beverage choice and received exactly what was ordered, promptly.
