“i called in a $31.99 order on November 18, 2022. It also had a personal size birthday pizza with it. When I hot home I noticed all 3 of my pizzas were burnt. I called in asking if they got new ovens because all 3 of my pizzas were burnt. I received an apology...but not even an offer to fix my order. My family couldn't even eat the whole slices of pizzas. It was very disheartening that my family couldn't enjoy the pizzas I picked up for my birthday“

“My first visit to this establishment came as a very pleasant experience. I was (and am) impressed with the manner by which Sarah greeted me and answered any questions about the bar/restaurant. My order was filled quickly and exceeded my expectations, As I told Sarah later, it was the best Coney Dog I can recall . All of the staff including the owner(Joe), are great and very welcoming. 10 out 10 recommend going if you haven't yet. Sticky burger is the best thing on the menu.“

“To the driver who delivered food to the apartment above the bar in bancroft about 15 minutes ago, I’m sorry for upsetting you so greatly today. I told you I would do my best to watch for your car, however, I missed you. I thought that might happen, since I have a limited view out of my front facing windows. Because of this, I gave you my phone number to call in case I didn’t see you pull in. I only learned of your arrival when my manager called me from the bar downstairs to let me know you were there. Upon meeting you downstairs, you very angrily informed me in front of my patrons and coworkers that you had been blaring your horn at me from the alleyway (which silly old me couldn’t hear from my apartment that is indeed upstairs and indoors) and you had sent me a text (which I never received). I’ve had pizza delivered here many times from hungry howies and no one has ever had an issue giving me a quick call to let me know they were there. Anyway, as someone who works as a server, I completely understand that the service industry can be very frustrating. “I've been coming to this Hungry Howie's since they opened and I have always been greeted by friendly and polite associates. They have always done nothing less than their best to make sure everyone is satisfied to the best of their ability. There are just some you can't please and even so, they still keep forging forward to still provide the best service to all despite a small amount of grouchy people. I am a regular and this is the only pizza place I go to. Keep up the great work everyone! You all ROCK!!!“

“Yikes I’m sorry to say, but I have to make the proper review especially seeing as how many bad reviews there are. This is the second time we’ve had it and this is the best pizza by far in this area that we’ve been able to have we go shopping at Walmart and then go get the pizza and eat it on the way home. It is a bit high price but you get what you pay for.“

“So early this morning I used the app to order 11 pizzas and 7 crazy breads. The order was supposed to be made for February 22nd but accidentally I made it for February 21st. So in a panic i called little ceasers at 9:00am (before opening hours). I was greeted by an employee named Autumn. She was so helpful she reached out to her manager to correct my mistake. “This company is community minded for sure! They continuously meet the needs of the community. They provide free pizzas to the homeless and during the pandemic they sent pizza to homes of families who weren’t working. Dominos Owosso is amazing.“
