I placed an order for delivery, and one item was missing from my pizza. Which is fine; we are all human, and mistakes get made. I called to see what could be done to fix the issue, and Bob was very kind and efficient. He offered me several convenient solutions to my problem. Overall, Bob and the other staff members were extremely kind, and the service was excellent. I will be returning.
The pizza was fine, the order was correct and all but it took 60 minutes for a pickup order of two pizzas to be ready... I can't be too harsh on the staff, but I'll probably just stick to other pizza places for a while.
We ordered 2 pizzas yesterday.
I know they were kind of busy but they were about the WORST pizzas ever. Hands down. Ok your business was busy. But those pies were bad. No excuses, a recipe is a recipe no matter what. It will be a while before we order here again.
