I used the lobby just a bit ago to get a decaf iced black coffee. I walked in to see everyone in a great mood, a boy hustling to get something, a girl grabbing Tim bits so fast, and my girl welcomed me with a big smile!! They were so quick, and more importantly, so friendly, with how busy they were!! My girl was conscious of not putting too much ice in my coffee so she didn’t water it down. This was our very first experience at a Tim Hortons and we absolutely loved the customer service. The ladies are all outstanding!! We liked the menu options from beverages, to the breakfast sandwiches to the sweet treats. We highly recommend this establishment a try. We were visiting from Ft Lauderdale, FL it was a wonderful place!
