I go to Tim Horton's because I can count on the product to be the same at every location - and to be something that I like. But they aren't all the same as far as customer service. The service that I received today was super friendly and fast! Loved my visit. Thanks!
The service was ok. There's no real interaction. I stood there waiting with a friend while they did all the other orders. When I finally said something they were like oh yeah ok. It was a tea! No apology just here ya go. I'd meet somewhere else next time.
