Ordered 20 pack of assorted Tim Bits at the Davison drive-thru. Not happy to discover it was 3/4 plain ones, and the rest glazed. Turned around, drove back, went in to ask about it. Apparently that was all that they had at the moment. It would have been nice to have been told that, and asked if I wanted to make a different selection, while ordering. Not happy.
I used the lobby just a bit ago to get a decaf iced black coffee. I walked in to see everyone in a great mood, a boy hustling to get something, a girl grabbing Tim bits so fast, and my girl welcomed me with a big smile!! They were so quick, and more importantly, so friendly, with how busy they were!! My girl was conscious of not putting too much ice in my coffee so she didn’t water it down. Went through the drive through this morning and service was moving unusually fast bc this location is ALWAYS backed up into the street. Tried to pay for my order but the person in front of me paid for my order (thankful for that bc I’ve had some stressful days so this made my heart feel better) Unfortunately when I went to pay it forward, but an older lady came charging at the window and reached over the girl that was handing me my order and pushed my card back at me and refused...read full review
