my wife,kids,and ,I were in drive thru for about 15 minutes. We get to the speaker and asked the guy can we substitute an item due to allergies. The guy then starts saying no and called us liars for stating we substitute all the time. We felt so disappointed and disrespected. as we say forget it and drive away , the guy was laughing and pointing. I am so mad we felt like that person does not need a job bad customer service. never again 😒
