There is constantly a line and they run out of ingredients often. Pizza is usually soft and slightly underdone.
I ordered online, paid for order, went next door to kill time. Went to pick up my order, after waiting another 15 minutes, l was told that they didn't have what I ordered. They offered a substitute, which I really didn't want, but accepted. It was a Friday afternoon and I only saw 2 employees, l guess that played a large part of things. Won't do that again, lesson learned.
It was dinner and the place was packed. Only 2 workers on board. They were orgainized, calm, patient, nice. They deserve a raise. There were many interruptions from customers. After 45 min or more I received my food. The food was excellent. This location was very under staff and needs much more help. Besides the wait, everything else was excellent. However, because of the wait, I will never come back.
