went in tonight for a quick eat with my parents and the staff was so helpful and friendly ! one of the guys Jack talked us through the menu and was super insightful on everything ! our food came out super fast and was so delicious !! they made us feel like family. The best part was how patient Jack was with all our questions and how he took the time to explain everything they could add and do to a burger to my parents. he didn’t rush us, or make us feel like we had to...
The food was really, really good. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well made. The prices are a little on the expensive side, but other than that, I was very happy with the experience. Definitely a great spot for a good burger, and I’d come back again.
Food and customer service is always outstanding! We had a small issue with our order, but the guys corrected it so quickly! And treated us to complementary food for the small trouble, which was not expected at all! Thank you Guys at the Dearborn Heights location!
