The chicken kabob was moist and flavorful. It was my favorite part of the meal. That's not to say that the rest of the meal wasn't exceptional as well. Considering the menu is small, I imagine all of the things on it are delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more on their menu the next time I'm in town. The friend I had lunch with is a local and he told me after lunch that he saved this place because he liked his meal so much.
Absolutely one of the best Afghan restaurants I’ve been to. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The bolani was crispy on the outside with a delicious filling, the mantu was packed with flavor and topped with an amazing yogurt sauce, and the qabuli palaw was perfectly seasoned with tender meat, sweet carrots, and raisins. Portions were generous, the restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming...
First experience with Afgan food was wonderful! I had the Qabuli Palaw and tried the Mantu as well, and they were both delicious. I also had Qaymag Chai for the first time, and it was very sweet and soothing. Our host was very welcoming. Will definitely try again!
