This is by far the cleanest, well serviced restaurant I’ve ever eaten at! I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone! I’m definitely coming back again!!!!

Mess up our order. Wanted me to bring the food back up to the location for a remake or credit. So mess up my order and I'm the one inconvenienced. And the credit card machine asked to a tip starting at 10 or 12%. Really. To take my order over the phone and spend 5 minutes to make and box it up. Very unprofessional. Was not looking for a full refund or even a remake. A $5.00 credit would of been nice given i just spent $48.00 for two full size grinder and 4 small bags of chips.

After a short wait to place my order, my sandwich eventually came out of the oven completely wrong. I watched as the staff bickered about who screwed up for a couple of minutes before they made and cooked another for me. I was disappointed that they deliberately walked my sandwich past me and set it on the opposite counter from where I was standing, then I had to ask for napkins for my dine-in order. My Italian grinder tasted like an onion sandwich. This place used to be great. I don't know if it's ownership or just staff that's ruined it but I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Don’t go if you expect traditional Bellacinos’s. Their iconic Italian Sub has been bastardized- no Italian sausage, mushrooms, peppers. A ton of mayo (?!). Check your bag, they forgot to put my boneless chicken in and the guy didn’t even really care that he made the mistake. I drove from 30 min away because they used to be sooooo good. Never going back. Don’t waste your money cuz they ain’t cheap.

I was up here recently at this Bellacinos and got my usual Seafood grinder no onion and extra cheese. It was great. I also got a BBQ grinder for a family friend and it smelled good on the way out. I have yet to try that one and will sooner or later!!)

Overcharged me for a medium cheese pizza that was undercooked, and the cheese was literally rubbery barely any sauce. I’ve been to a lot of Bellacino places and this one is ran differently and everything is cooked differently, even though it’s a chain restaurant, right super gross cheese pizza

I just moved into Dearborn, this was the first time coming to this location. I've only gone to the location Canton..I'm so very impressed!! The staff was super friendly, the kitchen was exceptionally clean, and the grinders were absolutely delicious!! I'm beyond impressed!! If the owner/manager sees this, just know your staff are exceptional!! And please don't take this as a political statement, but I'm not Arabic, yet your staff treated me like family!! Thank you so much!! I'll be buying my grinders from your location from now on!! ❤️❤️❤️

I haven't been to this location in years since I moved out to Oakland county but we were hungry and in the area. I remembered this place and their awesome Italian grinders. We ordered the big 18" Italian grinder and it was delicious, just as I remembered. My kids loved it too even my pickiest eater. We had no leftovers to take home. Five stars!!
