It’s been 5+ years since we’d ordered Bellacinos, and the first time from this location. Everything was great! First, the portions were large, the food was delivered hot, and within 30 mins of ordering. We had the nachos supreme, the garlic cheese bread, and a kids ham and cheese grinder meal. The atmosphere/restaurant was clean and friendly.

Mess up our order. Wanted me to bring the food back up to the location for a remake or credit. So mess up my order and I'm the one inconvenienced. And the credit card machine asked to a tip starting at 10 or 12%. Really. To take my order over the phone and spend 5 minutes to make and box it up. Very unprofessional. Was not looking for a full refund or even a remake. A $5.00 credit would of been nice given i just spent $48.00 for two full size grinder and 4 small bags of...
