This was the nastiest restaurant I ever visited upon walking in the door it was a group of people waiting to be seated. So me and my husband went to the bar where the floor was extremely slippery as if someone mopped with grease we sat down only to watch staff all run around with one receipt in hand the tables was dirty and the bar tender was working alone and needed help. I always wanted to go to this restaurant but this one is just not it. I spoke to management and he said they are understaffed

This place is a dengy dump & the service is aggressive & horrible The management is absent It has definitely declined from the Benihana I use to enjoy I really don't understand how this level of services is acceptable in a corporate franchise

The service was great our waitress was really good and friendly,but the waiting was sooooo bad we had a reservation for 6:30 pm we got to our table right away but we waited for 1hr and 10 mins! This is probably a bad management issue.

I ordered some chilli shrimp rolls online and they told me it's gone a be 27 mins when i got there they told me it will be 20 more mins i waited a extra 5 mins to go in they still wasn't done . It was Waste of time i just canceled my order smh don't go to this

So this is the first time I actually wrote a review usually I can let a lot of stuff go with chain restaurants but this was in fact the worst experience I have had. This was my first time going to Benihanas, not only did I have a bug in my food but management came to my table and acknowledged that there was a bug in my food offered a weak apology and asked me did I want a drink but proceeded to charge me for the drink they offered to me… my bill was 150 dollars and I still gave a 28 dollar tip to my chef because despite everything he was very nice and caring. I was done a total disservice and the amount that they charge people for food.. without common courtesy is crazy to me.. i am a social media influencer and as much positive things I’ve heard about Benihanas I was not expecting my service to be this poor.
