I must express profound disappointment and palpable frustration with our recent dining experience at Benihana. The entire meal felt like a series of unfortunate events. To begin with, my shrimp was so charred it was nearly inedible. More bafflingly, our cook felt it apt to throw food at us, a gesture neither entertaining nor appropriate.

Experience was horrible and the food was dry and burnt .. The customer service was the worst my entire table of 8 sent food back. Even the Manager was rude when we said the rice was hard .. And we will be leaving reviews and contacting corporate!
So I stopped by here the other day and wanted to give a shout to the server named Brittney. She was very professional and polite. She answered my questions and took care of my concerns. She did a phenomenal job with assisting me. I appreciate you Brittney for all your hard work and dedication. Keep up the great work! You Rock!
