Wandered in one day for iced tea, and have been coming back ever since. Service is always attentive and personable. More than a few songs I've heard on their house playlist have been added to my own. I confess that I've yet to order food (from Biggby's sweets and toasted bagel sandwich-centric offerings). That said, The owner did treat me to some tasty lemon bites once. I reciprocated a week later with some stuffed jalapenos from home. Now, I feel like Biggby West...
Biggby Coffee on Michigan Ave in Dearborn consistently delivers a great experience. Shae and Gabby go above and beyond with their customer service, you can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve which is hard to find nowadays. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is efficient, and the overall quality is top tier. Highly recommend.
Love the place. Definitely my favorite coffee place to come and sit and get some work done. It's always clean, the workers are very kind and energetic, and the drinks and food are a delight. My only tiny tiny complaint is that the music can be loud at times. Always look forward to coming here!
