I recently visited Bob Evans and had a pleasant experience. The food was good overall, and the burger and fries were enjoyable. While the food was not exceptional, it was satisfying and well-prepared.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the visit much more enjoyable. Their excellent customer service was definitely the highlight of my experience.

Tonight I had Mary wait on me. From the moment I sat down, we saw her smile and Heraura.. I felt at these and ordered my drink. She was very prompt even though it was busy, after the greeting she told me she’d be a minute and true to her word she loves. She is quite friendly and very professional. She is one of the reasons my wife and I visit frequently. Mary works hard and it is evident. Thank you Bob Evans
