clean courteous staff fresh hot bagels great location
Waited in line for 20 mins watching 2 employees running around trying to fill orders. Cashier was short with customers, even rolling her eyes. Cashier was then snotty to the employees filling orders. I finally get to order, they were out of 3 different bagels i tried to order. I settled on my 4th choice and got my coffee cup to get coffee. 3 empty coffee pots. No coffee to be found. Finally got coffee and then went to add cream, the 2 creamer containers were empty. Worst experience...read full review
Multiple bad experiences mixed in with a few good ones. Espresso machines have been broken for over a week. Instead of posting align saying do, they let customers wait in line 20 minutes only to find out they can’t get the coffee drink they want. Seems very unorganized, always a lot of people working but nothing seems to be getting done.
