Today I visited Einstein Bros Bagels for the first time. I am so glad that I stopped in. My sandwich, coffee, & schmerefuls were all fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. The location was clean and inviting. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great job. My new favorite spot!

One employee sitting and eating her lunch instead of helping co-workers during rush also girl behind counter using inappropriate language in front of customer
