I have gone here multiple times with no issue. Came in today, the guy behind the counter went from sweeping the floor with gloves to making my food. Also both bagels were toasted and I did not want them toasted.

Elaine took my order and made my bagel in perfection. The staff was very friendly, the store was remarkably clean and my transaction was very smooth. I’d recommend this location to everyone, impeccable service and friendliness.

As delicious as these bagels are I’m pretty disappointed. I ordered half a dozen bagels with cream cheese. They came sliced horribly. I don’t know how you slice a bagel so bad. I couldn’t even toast them if I wanted to. Pretty disappointed.
