Super focused on efficiencies to the detriment of customer experience. One person took our order and we never saw her again, another brought food and had to ask us what we each ordered, another cleared the table but only at the end despite having appetizer plates crowding our table, another came to refill waters but nobody came to refill our soft drinks, then still another came to leave the check. Dined today and had the absolute worst service of my life! I might as well have ordered carryout and sat in your lobby.
