My friends and I went last night, and while the atmosphere is beautiful and the service was amazing, the desserts were really disappointing. They were bland and lacked flavor. This is not the first time I have noticed this, which is why I decided to finally write a review. For how pricey everything is, the desserts simply do not deliver.
As for the drinks, I have never been a fan. They used to have a rose tea I loved, but it is gone now. We ordered hot chocolate this time, and it was honestly the worst I have ever had. It tasted like a cheap packet mix stirred into warm water, not even hot. Definitely skip the hot chocolate.
On a positive note, my friends enjoyed their hot lattes, so maybe stick to those if you visit.

The prices are insane, the service is so-so and not quick. The best part of visiting is of course all the Harry Potter themed goodies! Just be prepared to spend a lot. Also macaroons were incredible but the flavors sucked.

I absolutely love this place! The quality is always outstanding, and I truly appreciate how much work goes into running a small business. They brought a unique concept to West Dearborn that no one has been able to match! My momās 70th birthday cake was stunningābeautiful, classy, and incredibly delicious. The sweets here are really good ā fresh, tasty, and not too heavy. You can tell they use good ingredients. But the service could be betterā¦ itās a bit slow and not super friendly sometimes. The place looks nice and cozy, but they really need to work on customer service to match the quality of the desserts.
In the past Iāve had great miel lattes but today was quite disappointing. I donāt recommend coming here for coffee anymore. It tasted like badly steamed milk. Way too foamy and flavorless. My friend & I left our drinks and went to Jabal immediately after. Huge difference in the lattes!

decided to try their āmatchaā and this was the result. it tasted like straight up oat milk and wasnāt green whatsoever. i recommend skipping this place if you want matcha.
