The burgers are full of flavor and the cajun fries are amazing. the waiting time could be a little long but i’ve been to this place many times to asure you guys the food is amazing. i still have to ask why they took the mozarella sticks out of the menu, like come on😭 it was the best part. i still recommend this place 100% but please bring the Flaming Hot Mozarella Sticks back!

Customer Service: Outstanding service from the 3 young men working this evening. Note to potential customers they don't accept tips even if offered. I did try to tip them regardless, but they were firm. I can respect this. They get a 5/5 for friendliness and prompt service.
Food: I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with pickles, mayo, mustard, and a double patty. I got the additional side of Cajun fries.
Burger: The burger was smashed thin, cooked to the proper doneness, and seasoned properly. They do grill the buns both top and bottom, which all other establishments should be doing. If im not mistaken, they use beef bacon. Remember, this is a Halal food truck. It's a very solid smash burger that's in my top 3 locally.
Fries: The Cajun fries were very crispy and are cooked to order. They are seasoned with wither salt, Cajun, or lemon pepper at your request. I got the Cajun, and they had a great crisp and flavor from the seasoning dust.
Price: The price is in line with other local Halal burger trucks.
Advise: order ahead or be prepared for a wait. They can get crazy busy after Mr. Chime Times review several months ago.
Overall, they're definitely worth checking out. I'll be back to check out their new UFO burger.

Great service & staff, the girl at the register was very helpful & patient. It was my first time there so she was really helpful with helping me decide what i should get, and the food is really good. The customer service is amazing there.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to mention how great the service was. My kids and I were ordering a lot of burgers for our iftar and I honestly felt bad for taking up so much time. The cashier was incredibly patient the entire time and never seemed annoyed or rushed us at all. She walked us through the menu
What I appreciated most was that before finishing the order, she clarified whether it was for East Dearborn or West Dearborn, which ended up saving us a lot of trouble. She was so sweet and genuinely helpful throughout the whole interaction.
Customer service like that really stands out. I’m very grateful for her patience and kindness it made the whole experience much better. Me and my kids plan on going to the one on east soon because of that interaction.

The food is good, but they took out half their menu when they opened the actual store. I honestly don’t get why they removed the Southwest burger when that was their best item.They also never answer their phone, so having a number to call is basically pointless. At this point the phone is just there for decoration. Bring the Southwest burger back.

I stopped by Level Zero Smash and had such a great experience! Tabarak was incredibly kind and took the time to share helpful information about the menu and what to try. It really made the visit feel welcoming and personal.
I also tried their banana pudding, and wow. Even if you're not usually a banana person, you might still love it like I did. It’s perfect for cookie pudding lovers and had a great flavor and texture.
The customer service and the food both made the visit worth it. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu!
