I have Celiac so I was unable to eat but bartenders make a great long Island plus super friendly. Just moved to the area so it's nice to find a good place for good cocktails and company!

I've been in the f&b business for decades. Everything I've learned leaves me loving the Kelly's property. I've seen the competition (Falls and 342, essentially). They're successes in their own rights, certainly. Still, in an underserved West Dearborn tavern market, it's Kelly's for my money. Love the space. And I get the crowd. I'd love to see more of a food component here, but I suspect the property precludes the possibility of doing...

The food was ok. The fryer was not working so the fries were ok but not like I'm sure they would have been if fried. The burger was dry, it tasted good loved the toasted buns. Just too dry. I want a juicy hamburger and I kept having to drink my water every time I took a bite.

My bestie and I both ordered medium and got well. Nothing pink about those burgers. Again tasted good.
