We had issues with the girl at the front desk who overcharged us and wouldn’t fix her mistake, instead asked her coworker to figure it out. Wasn’t a great start.
Overall it’s good for older children but there’s some trash around and the games on the walls are missing parts and not well-maintained or cleaned. Also the kids can open the gate to the staircase from the bottom which was annoying to keep them from doing. Basically not the best playplace, not...

We’ve been here with our 3 year old a few times now and I don’t think we’ll be back.
Pros: Large play area, has a little coffee and snack bar, priced similarly to other play places.
Cons: Not enough seating for parents around the play structure, no enforcement of the no shoes or food rules in the play area (which is a real issue if your child has food allergies) coffee was small and overpriced, parking is limited, and there was no soap...
