The owner cares very much about his business from cleanliness to cute art on the walls, freshness of the food, and customer satisfaction which includes loving what you ordered. Which we did! My daughter and I ordered two bowls and a dessert along with pressed juice, which all were amazing and tasty and prepared fresh! If you are looking for a real Canadian poutine experience, you don’t need to go anywhere else. This is your spot, the Potato Pit is phenomenal and delivered in what poutine should taste like. The owner is Canadian, he uses the best ingredients in his bowls and hand cut not frozen fries, and the quality of the cheese is exactly what the foundational pillars of poutine is. Your stomach will thank you. Can’t wait to come back here!

After living in Quebec for ten years, I had sworn off poutine stateside as I have never had it done correctly. This changed here, easily the best poutine I’ve had since I’ve been back. Chicken shawarma poutine hit all the marks for me! Boys at the counter were kind and helpful. A great experience all around.
